“Nächster Halt: Dresden.” After a Bachelor from Egypt, and two masters from Italy and France, Mohammed moved to Dresden as a Research Associate and Ph.D. student at the Vodafone Chair of the TU Dresden, aiming to add valuable contribution to the world’s wireless communication technology (5G and beyond).
Mohammed was born in our planet at a very young age, to a family of globetrotters, to grow to be one himself, ends up living in 9 countries (till now), and visiting more than 50 others, to learn and believe that “everywhere is home”.
His slam “Historical Guilt” focuses on the idea of what is home, why nationalism, and its consequences of historical guilt burdening from generation to next, and how this creates more barriers between world’s new generations, hampering the idea of world peace we are all looking for.
المحطة القادمة : درسدن“. بعد حصوله على درجة البكالوريوس من مصر، ودرجتي الماجستير من إيطاليا وفرنسا، انتقل محمد إلى دريسدن كمساعد بحث و طالب دكتوراه في مركز أبحاث فودافون التابع للجامعة التقنية بدرسدن، هادفاً إلى إضافة مساهمة قيمة في مجال تكنولوجيا الاتصالات اللاسلكية (5G وما بعدها).
ولد محمد في كوكبنا في سن مبكرة جدا، لعائلة من مدمني التنقل والسفر، ليبلغ ليكون واحداً نفسه، وينتهي به الأمر ليعيش في 9 بلدان (حتى الآن)، وزيارة أكثر من 50 بلد آخر، مؤمناً بأن „كل مكان هو الوطن „.
يركز عرضه النقدي „الذنب التاريخي“ على أفكار مثل : ما هو الوطن، ولماذا القومية، وعواقبها من تناقل عبء الذنب التاريخي من جيل إلى آخر، وكيف أن يقود هذا لخلق المزيد من الحواجز بين أجيال العالم الجديدة، مما يعوق فكرة السلام العالمي التي نبحث عنها جميعا.
