Today we had a fabulous “promotion tour stop” at the UN Day celebrated within the 5th birthday of UNU Flores – the Institute of Integrated Management of Material Fluxes and Resources. They invited us to present an extract of our International Peace Slam and we had four interesting female researchers giving a talk to the audience at the Dresden World Trade Center. Himani from India talked about her global search for inner peace, Farahnaz from Iran as a teacher for Physics showed us the world of particles, Negar from Iran talked about equality, inequality and prejudices and – last but not least – Parvathy as a PhD from UNU Flores reflected on the relationship between peace and shortages in the world, like the influence of water and food shortage. That was a lot of female power and we are very grateful for this opportunity!
Upcoming show will be at the MoveIt Filmfestival, 15 November 2017, 8.15 p.m. at Thalia Cinema
